I MADE A DIY CAPTAIN AMERICA CUSTOM BUILD
This is a satelite dish that I bought online for a very cheap price. So first I started by cutting it using a dremel but it was not a clean cut. After that spray it with a layer of grey primer paint. Then I taped the area where I dont want to the red paint to get to.Then spray paint red and cut out the star in the middle and spray paint blue.After that I took metal epoxy and glue a nut and drill a hole in an old belt to make the handle.
